  • When did Young-suk get bitten?
    • He might have been bitten during the final moments of his escape. When he throws the conductor into the path of the Zombies so he can get away, it still takes him a fews seconds, during which he's desperately kicking a Zombie away before finally getting up to run, after which, the undead all chow down on the now helpless conductor instead. Young-Suk is shown to be screaming during that moment, which could be chalked up as a scream of fear, but could easily be one of pain because that last Zombie he was trying to get away from managed to bite him. Considering that Young-Suk himself didn't seem to realize he was infected, it's likely that andrenaline kept him from noticing his injury.
  • So, do we have any sort of consensus on how long it takes for the infection to take over. I would assume that bites to vital parts of the body (the neck) would instantly kill and revive someone, but we're not sure how long it takes for bites in less critical parts to turn.
    • The girl at the train station retained her senses for several minutes before succumbing to the disease, and this seems to be the case for the few others we see who are only bitten once. However, it seems that each bite accelerates the infection, and most victims we see are bitten seven or more times.
