Headscratchers / Star Trek Voyager S 3 E 11 "Macrocosm"

• Why in the world didn’t Janeway head to the Doctor first, as soon as she found the ship incapacitated and seemingly empty. He may be a doctor, not a black box recorder, but still! Neelix might not have been incapacitated at all if they had just headed to sickbay immediately… though that might not be a very strong argument for that course of action.
