• Hilarious in Hindsight: Janeway tells the Doctor to take a left at Section 31, almost a year before we learned of the most clandestine division of Starfleet
• Narm Charm: Okay, the science behind the Monster of the Week is a little questionable, but try telling that to diehard Janeway fans (or any Die Hard or Alien fans), who mainly watch this episode to see her lock and load and kick ass.
• Take That, Scrappy!: Neelix gets taken out by one of the macroviruses early on.
