- In episode 2, we see Tails repairing the Tornado, having been shot down in Mirage Saloon Zone. The problem is, going by the extra level transitions in Sonic Mania Plus, MSZ is in Westside Island. So why was Tails repairing the Tornado on Angel Island?
- How do we know he was repairing it as opposed to just doing maintenance? We don’t know how long Sonic was gone for: Tails could have already repaired it while he was away.
- When and how did Sonic get his green Chaos Emerald? He just arrived from Modern Sonic's timeline, yet somehow he had it already.
