• Is it just me or is there something up with Geronimo's world? Namely, there's mouse versions of many people like Christopher Columbus but in later books, human stuff appears in the books such as Mount Rushmore in Run For The Hills, Geronimo! and the Christ the Redeemer statue and everyone knows who they are and the objects have the appearances they do in the real world. Likewise, New Mouse Island appeared to be a stand in for New York, complete with it's own Statue of Liberty stand-in (The Statue of Cheesy Liberty) but A Very Merry Christmas establishes New York as a separate place and even has the Statue of Liberty.
• Paulina and Atlas clearly shared a special bond in The Journey To Atlantis, but in later fantasy editions, the writers started pushing Paulina and Will Mystery's romantic feelings for each other. So did Paulina just forget about Atlas? He's an entire prince of Atlantis, he's not exactly chopped liver. It's not uncommon for any of the girls to have multiple love interests and perchance it would be odd for a mouse to date a human-presenting life form, but it makes one curious about who Paulina prefers.
• Speaking of age, the Thea Sisters have been in college for a very long time. It's obviously a case of Not Allowed to Grow Up, but it also puts a damper on some of their prospective love interests and shakes up the foundational continuity of both mainline and fantasy series. Certain organizations continue to exist, but certain people are never spoken of again, and are even replaced.
