- How was Phil planning on getting incriminating information on Crenshaw if Claire was the only one going into his VIP room? Surely he wasn't that much of a Chess Master to know Crenshaw was a Depraved Bisexual and that he would want both of them.
- Fridge Brilliance: Maybe Phil saw Crenshaw with men and women in the pictures we didn't see on screen. Still, he couldn't have guaranteed he would have gotten in to see him.
- How did Phil and Claire pay for their breakfast and get back home since they still had no money on them?

- Throughout the film, Holbrooke is referred to as Holbrooke Grant, but when we see Claire's file with his name, it's listed as "Holbrooke, Grant", meaning his name is probably Grant Holbrooke.
