Headscratchers / Chop Socky Chooks

• The setting and premises of this show make no sense. A city-sized mall? Seriously? Furthermore, if the Chooks work at the mall, and Wasabi is the owner of that mall, and he wants them gone so badly, then what's stopping Wasabi from just firing the Chooks' asses?
  • Is it implied that the Chooks have (admittedly very thinly veiled) Secret Identities so Wasabi doesn't know who they are to fire them.
  • How is the concept of a city-sized mall any less nonsensical than, say, a sponge who works in a fast food restaurant or two kids building crazy inventions every summer while their pet platypus fights a mad scientist? Besides, there are some truly gigantic malls in real life, and the many businesses would provide most basic needs (as for accommodations, its probable they sleep in special quarters for mall employees).
    • Whittier, Alaska is an entire city in ONE building, hell, thinking about it the Disney parks are basically a city within the cities they're based in (or around), so a "city-sized" mall wouldn't be much so off the mark.
