• How did the company that made the Good Guy dolls get a hold of Chuckie's body after the events of the first movie? I mean, after the heroes managed to kill the doll, why would they just leave it lying around, best case scenario, they would have buried the *** thing in an unmarked grave, or chucked it into the first barrel fire they saw.
• Workers are clearly seen using the burnt up Chucky doll and rebuilding anew. Uh, why did no one notice say, the human eyeball, teeth, tongue and possibly organs that Chucky had surely developed by the time he died. He had blood and a human heart at the very least by the end of the first film. Did no one notice?
  • Two options: One, he simply hadn't reached that point yet. The series is kinda inconsistent on how fast he becomes a human. Two, its possible that upon death he reverts back to a plastic doll. Its weird voodoo magic, anything goes.
    • The latter does seem to be a (somewhat) consistent rule across the series. Note the end of Seed when Glen chops off Chucky's arm and you can see it's all bone and sinew, yet when that same arm is seen a few years later it's a standard plastic ball joint.

• Why does Andy actually follow Chucky's instructions to go into the Good Guy Doll factory near the end? It's not like Chucky can actually kill him (he needs to transfer his soul into his body) and if he follows, Chucky is going to take over his body. Seriously, Andy was in a lose-lose situation. He might as well have made it as difficult as possible for Chucky and offer himself a slim chance of survival.
• Why didn't Joanne believe Andy about Chucky?
  • I'm sure she did right before he killed her.
• When Miss Kettlewell returns to the classroom and finds Andy gone, and believes him to be hiding in the closet where she tossed Chucky, why doesn't she ask herself how Andy would have locked himself there? She clearly locked the closet with her key before leaving the classroom, so there's no way Andy could have opened the door to hide there.
