- How was Marie able to use the ArkAngel system for so long? Assuming it was eventually banned in North America, the servers and infrastructure supporting it would have been deactivated, and Marie should have gotten a "Service Unavailable" error. Even if the ArkAngel system ended up being used elsewhere in the world, Marie's tablet would eventually fall behind in software updates and be locked out of the network.
- If there had to be a network to connect to besides connecting the tablet to the implant, it wouldn't be able to do its job properly.
