- Was Anita killed by Lamb's negligence towards her or was she deliberately murdered? You find her body stuffed in a locker in the cathedral. Somebody must've put her there. Someone who probably knew she's a spy and a threat to LINC and needed her eliminated.
- When you intrude into the breeding room why does the "Walter" android* kill Rob? All androids serve LINC and LINC needs Rob alive, so it can use his brain. Why didn't it program all its androids to refrain from killing Rob at any cost?
- Rob has no kids. What will LINC do if it also wore Rob out? There won't be any more replacement. Unless it would resort to cloning. Which raises questions why couldn't it do it with Rob's father.
- Artificial insemination.
