Funny / Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank

  • Samuel L. Jackson's infamous tendency to swear is referenced in the moment when Jimbo dishes out this gem:
"What the mother-father cocker spaniel is going on here?"
  • The fact that Ika Chu has a giant toilet in his fortress. Let alone in the classic feudal-style Japanese fortress.
    • During the climactic showdown, his trusted lieutenant Ohga decides to save him from flushing down... by rolling the toilet paper to him. Naturally, it backfires.
  • Paws of Fury is full of subtitutions for modern technology. For example, the signal for the "phone call" between Ika Chu and Shogun has to be transmitted verbally. From ear-to-ear, to be exact: thousands of speakers are standing in the single line. As the "signal" travels, however, the message is getting butchered in hilarious ways.
    Pika Chu, how's it going?
    Peek-a-boo, how's it going?
    Peek-a-who, how's it going?
    Peek a you Baby poo.
    Coo-ca roo.
    Scooby Doo.
    Slappy do.
  • Amongst Ika Chu's army he has a mime. Seeing him as not scary in the way he's supposed to be, he tells Ohga to imprison him. The mime then mimes himself running away only for Ohga to casually pick him up and take him to his dungeon. Cue an Iris Out akin to the end if a Looney Tunes short. The music definitely helps.
  • Ika Chu dragging a transition frame from offscreen and literally hopping to the next frame. Hank follows him by jumping into the next frame with him, and Sumo attempts to do the same, but he ends up falling out of the movie theater screen in a humongous size instead. Scaring the audience out of the theater. Jimbo's visible confusion is just the cherry on top.
