• The sheer fact that Hunter became an even bigger Butt-Monkey than he already was in canon as he tends to make a fool of himself when it comes to Lucila.
• In Adventures in the Elements, after Edric apologized and reconciled with Lucila for what he and Emira did back in Lost in Language, he then comments on how he'll have another chance with her, leaving her flustered. This lead to Emira teasing Edric on his crush on Lucila, much to his embarrassment and Luci's amusement.
  Emira: You know, Luci. My brother really wanted to get your attention to show you how much of a man he's becoming.
  Edric: (annoyed) Emira!
  (Lucila giggles at this.)
  • Then we get this little gem from Eda:
  Eda: (unamused) Ugh. I'm sitting in a middle of a rom-com, great.
