Being a Conspiracy Kitchen Sink, this film has a healthy dose of its funny moments resulting from the absurdity of various situations, but also outside of that some members of the cast have their moments.
Funny Moments:
- Pretty much everything involving Malcolm:
- Entirety of scene where Obi, part of Jobsians and Sasha try to ambush Malcolm, who spends his time guarding by solving Rubik's Cube in very unconventional way. Obi returns to find something large, but in the meantime, Sasha punches Malcolm in the face, or more precisely a mask that was on his face and is completely punch-resistant. Result is Sasha writhing in pain. After Obi arrives with big pipe, she just infodumps the voyage and the entire ridiculous premise of the movie to Malcolm who has zero problem with accepting it and even asks if he can join them.
- Him ditching his highly-resistant riot gear in favour of putting on his "lucky Red Shirt". And yet he keeps surviving progressively more and more improbable encounters.
- After landing in Hollow Land, Malcolm runs forward for a few moments to check the source of noise, then returns with a broken tooth of something, most likely dinosaur, and very gidilly describes the whole confrontation.
- Even he rolls eyes on Donald's idea to negotiate with Vril Hitler. He even says to them Hitler cannot be trusted.
- The entire scene with Outrunning the literal Fireball, especially because of antics of Vrils.Vril Pope Urban II: Holy Shit!
