General
- Anytime Noela tries to protect her master when she believed to have sensed a fight, with the catchphrase "I sense a fight! I'll protect you, Master!"
- Gaston the elderly carpenter becoming berserk with strength and agility from drinking one of Reiji's power potions (i.e. energy drink). The sheer amount of work he can get done, the speed he goes about it, and the Hot-Blooded shonen protagonist antics make for such a hilarious contrast to the mundanity of his labor.
- The Demon King indulges in drinking so much of the power potions, it became an addiction.
Episode 1
- Reiji and Noela first meet Zeral and Feris when the latter was chasing after the former, desperately asking why he was running... then pulling out a knife to stab him with.
- Zeral explains that any time he went to the village for bread, or even as much as accidentally bumped into another girl, Feris would know and immediately assume that he was seeing other girls behind her back. While distressing and disturbing, it becomes hilarious when Feris, a noblewoman, suddenly starts talking like a gangster.
Episode 2
- When Reiji creates pepper spray for the Red Cat Brigade, they all unwittingly get it in their eyes. Later, Annabelle, Doz, and Moz start trying to desperately get someone else to carry the finished, sealed bombs in a carrying case.
Episode 3
- When Elaine, Noela, and Mina take too much of the cooling gel and get gravely cold, Elaine declares her love for Reiji.
Episode 4
- The squirrel brings some nuts to the Drugstore as a thank you for curing him, only for Mina to see him. Cut to a few seconds of the two just stairing at each other.
- When Feris asks Reiji to make an aphrodisiac to get her boyfriend "in the mood," Mina accidentally ingests the potion and develops naughty thoughts about her and Reiji. To make matters worse, Noela then gives another bottle of the aphrodisiac to Annabelle. Then after accidently destroying the antitode, Noela states I Need to Go Iron My Dog and flees.
- After the aphrodisiac wears off, cut to Mina completely flustered and rolling around in embarrassment on the ceiling.
Episode 5
- Ririka comes to Reiji to ask him to make a medicine that can make her better at archery. Reiji tries to insist that she would be exaggerating, but Noela successfully hits the target dozens of times unintentionally by splitting the preceding arrow straight down the middle, making Ririka reevaluate her own life.
Episode 6
- Noella completely wrecks two of the kitchen knives with one of the shards of the knife lodging itself in a wall. Thankfully, Mina was already dead otherwise that would have killed her.
- After creating a strong adhesive for Paula, Noella inadvertently gets herself stuck together to Reiji.
- When Paula comes to Reiji's drugstore to thank him for the adhesive, he doesn't recognize her at first while soft music plays...until Paula speaks, then Reiji does finally recognize her and the music slows down to a stop. The stunned Reiji's reaction adds to the scene.
Episode 7
- Nearly everything about Ezil is humorous from him being given money out of pity from the villagers to his lovestruck dedication of making Noella love him. He even gets smacked into a wall by her tail, and yet he is still undeterred.
- When Mina drinks the truth serum, her inner self is revealed to be darker and embittered. Suffice to say, this greatly unsettles the others.
Episode 10
- After Reiji makes a muscle growth energy drink, both Noella and Mina get jacked and their voices go down a few octaves. Funnily enough, they thought their muscles were speaking to them whilst complimenting each other. Because of that, Reiji recommends to the Red Cat Brigade to dilute the potion with water.
