- Episode 1: When Lamps Attack:
- When Emile is naming Teddy at the beginning the game, he mentions that his cat is named after this character, and quickly shows footage of his cat while yelling "Kitty!"
- Immediately afterwards, he then brings up his other cat, Kirby, and does the same thing. "Other kitty!"
- Episode 24: Two Parts, One Day:
- While in Youngtown, Emile comes across a young girl who asks to be held. Emile claims it would be wrong for a twelve-year old like him to hold onto a five-year old, momentarily forgetting his own age in the process. A block of text shows up to ridicule him for such a mistake while "Duel of the Fates" briefly plays in the background.
"You're like five, and I'm like twelve, do you have any idea how wrong that is?"
