Why would Ojo, an alien spy, reveal in her drawing that she WAS an alien? Considering that she's supposedly just a precognitive art prodigy, that would be considered a dumb move, to say the least. She'd have to realize her fellow heroes would panic. UNLESS that's exactly what she wanted: once we realize she's a GOOD alien, it starts to make sense. In the beginning, all the kids are arguing, picking fights, and goofing off, but once Missy and Wild Card discover Ojo's secret, they finally start working together, and persuade the others to band together too. Ojo obviously realized she needed to find a way to get them to put aside their differences and rivalries if she wanted them to even stand a chance of passing her test, and realized the best way to do so would be if they were afraid of a possible traitor in their midst. That's right: from the very beginning, Ojo WANTED her friends to defeat her side, and went as far as outing herself as an alien to make sure they'd band together to pass.
In Sharkboy and Lavagirl, Lavagirl unintentionally burns people when she touches them/ they touch her. But in this movie, they have a child together. How painful was it for Sharkboy to help conceive Guppy?!
