Fridge / Stargate: The Ark of Truth

• Carter and Mitchell fall prey to same trap the Asgard did during their war with the Replicators: assuming their high technology level will be able to overcome the threat. When preparing to destroy the Replicator that Marrick has created, they acquire a Replicator Disruptor gun and drop the force field holding it, but the ARG has no effect, and the Replicator escapes to wreak havoc. If they'd grabbed any regular gun, they could have blown it apart the old-fashioned way then and there.
