- In "All Work, No Play", Susan mentions that the last thing Stan remembers after being Mind Raped by the Slender Man is his name. Considering that "Stan" is a fake name, it's not too hard to imagine why.
- As mentioned above, Stan is a fake name. It's possible that he took to pay tribute to Serena's brother, who was the first child he and Connor killed while under the Slender Man's thrall.
- Hooray, Stan's a Corruptelam! He's safe from the monsters again! Except, not really, as they can only stay on Earth for a limited time before being hunted down. As Stan himself says, it's only a matter of time before Slendy realized he missed something.
- In the same vein, Susan's not going to have a great reaction when she finds her dead husband in the body of his brother, as noted by many on Twitter and Tumblr.
- "New Semester" reveals that Stan has been mentoring under TEACHER of ICANSEETHEGIANT fame. In the same episode, Stan uses his powers to become a Slender Man Expy. TEACHER seems to disapprove, but who's to say it isn't corrupting Stan?
