• Why is the Loric Zodiac so similar to ours, and are the Legacy names so similar to English and Latin words? Simple. Similarly to Homestuck 's case, the Loric shaped earth as it is now. Their Zodiac and language isn't patterned after ours, ours is patterned after theirs.
• Why is telekinesis a Legacy that is always gotten, and always gotten early to boot? Because it doesn't require anything in particular to be used. If all your arms and legs are tied and you're blinded and muted, you can still move things with your mind. It's a safety measure that's built in so that if they cannot use other Legacies for whatever reason, they can still defend themselves.
