• During some stage shows, George Clinton would emerge from the Mothership as Dr. Funkenstein, dressed in a white coat, hat, and wraparound shades. While this isn't the outfit this character wears on their introductory album, it's still fitting, since it resembles a funkified version of a doctor's lab coat.
