• While Played for Laughs, Nick saying his plan to duck between Dalek firepower did actually include "strategic analysis, weapons assessment and battle-ready thinking": He saw he was standing directly between the two Daleks in a narrow hallway, already knew how fast the guns worked and at what power, and then concluded that if he ducked at the right time, they'd take each other out before they could react.
