- Synopsis: Cobb and Boulet are assigned to catch a most unusual criminal, who despite his flamboyant costume, arrogant behavior, and odd graciousness always slips past the NOPD's best efforts. Along the way Cobb discovers a greater case, one that dates back as far as the city itself.
- Comments: It's a little flashier than K-Ville norm, but it's a fun read through-and-through.
