Ceci Balagot (born April 2, 2001) is an American actor best known for his recurring role in Girl Meets World and starring in the telefilm Monster High: The Movie. Prior to 2021, he was credited under the name Cecilia Balagot.
Balagot came out as transgender in 2021 and uses he/they pronouns.
