Tend to be medium or small build, softer featured than the Leprechaun or Cait Syth and with a wide variety of common hair colors. Puca are the physically most fragile race, though nimble and dexterous. They're long range fighters first and foremost.

Elected Leader of the Puca, chosen mainly for her "cute" appearence. She's known to be even less involved in Policy debates than Zolf.- The Cutie: The main reason why she was voted in as the Lady of the Puca is her exceptional cuteness.
- Heroic Self-Deprecation: Hyuuga notes that she is overly modest and that while not as politically adept as Sakuya or Alicia, Zia has been doing her fair share of the work at the more peaceful meetings, according to the Arrun Daily.

A frequent contributor to the message boards in Arrun. He, along with Ryo are the two most prominent members of the opposition that has arisen calling for new elections. Unlike Ryo however, he is not interested in power for himself and has even gone so far as to praise the current Faerie Lords for all they have done, especially Lady Sakuya. He simply wishes to have a legitimately democratic government in place.- Shut Up, Hannibal!: He responds to Ryo's post-debate jeering by decking him.
