Composed by Dutch composer Bart Delissen, who also did the soundtrack for Verdun and Tannenberg.

  • Rinasceremo Insieme is the game's main menu theme. Composed specifically for this game, it accurately reflects the very harsh alpine battlefields where the Italians and Austro-Hungarians fought one another during World War I.
  • Anthem Italy is the Royal Italian Army's victory theme. A remix of the song "Il Canto degli Italiani", it is a powerful and patriotic piece that captures the feeling of a hard-earned victory.
  • Anthem Austria is the Austro-Hungarian Army's victory theme. A remix of "Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser", it is a triumphant piece that captures the feeling of a hard-earned victory not unlike its Italian counterpart.
  • Sector by Sector plays in the game's map menu. It's a foreboding and uncertain feeling theme that foreshadows the horror that is World War I.
  • Pushing Forward plays when a point is being contested, or, better yet, when a point is on overtime. A suspenseful and epic track, it essentially encourages attackers and defenders to do their best in either capturing or holding their current positions until victory is assured.
  • The Dolomite Offensive is an ominous, yet epic, track that plays during the campaign of the same name. It helps to give players an idea of what fighting in a high-altitude mountain environment is like.
  • German Intervention plays on the campaign of the same name. It's an ominous theme reflecting the Mass "Oh, Crap!" that the Italian Army experienced during the disastrous Battle of Caporetto, when the Germans and Austro-Hungarians pushed them back all the way to the Piave river.
