This is a list of Awesome Moments for The Road You Choose.

Beware of spoilers.

    The Mystery of Aura
  • The series first original moment was probably Ash's Heroic Sacrifice to save Misty, using the last of his energy to protect Misty with a barrier of Aura. This is then followed by Misty screaming at Mew to bring Ash back and it complying.

    Master of Mirage
  • Ash puts an end to Doctor Yung's plan by smashing a mirage field generator with an Aura Sphere and overloading the entire system.

    Between Time and Space
  • May and Blaziken effortlessly lay the smackdown on Baron Alberto and his Lickilicky]], after he says legendary pokemon shouldn't be allowed to exist. Probably not the wisest thing to say to [[Mama Bear a girl with a maternal streak who raised a baby legendary.
  • Ash, showing that even with character development, he still doesn't think things through one hundred percent, leaps off the Time-Space Towers and on to Palkia to distract him. It works. Probably helps that he healed Palkia with Aura, which is pretty awesome in and of itself.

    Distortion
  • After dealing with Shaymin's attitude, including her poisoning Misty, Ria gives Shaymin a well-deserved kick once they've reached the Flower Garden.

    The Harbinger of Life
  • Ash and Misty's discussion over where they are in their relationship is a very powerful scene and it helps them resolve their issues, emphasizing how important they are to each and how just simply communicating can help heal the fractures that developed. This culminates in Ash offering to keep his Aura blocked off with special cuffs, despite the fact that the entire story has been showing how horrible an experience this is for him.
  • Ria learning Psychic (as a Riolu, which normally can't) to remove the Aura-inhibiting cuffs.
  • The Team Rocket Trio resolve not to tell anyone about Ash's Aura powers. And keeping that resolution.
  • Ash admits that if it was a choice between saving the world and saving Misty, he wouldn't be able to sacrifice her. It takes a lot of courage to be that honest.

    When the World Ends
  • While we don't see the fight, Agatha goes down swinging. And at the least, it probably involved the Mirage versions of Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno.
  • Rayquaza showing up, mega evolving, and one-shotting the Aqua- and Magma-controlled Mirage Groudon and Kyogre.
  • When Paul tries to call out Ash for deviating from the battle plan to get one of the spheres (and possibly contributing to Reggie's severe injuries), Ash's response is to hold in his temper (a remarkable achievement considering Ritchie died in his arms). And then when Paul says that Ash doesn't even cares that people died, Ash snaps and finally gives the purple-haired asshole the beatdown that has been coming his way since his first episode.
  • Misty deserves credit for leaping in to stop the fight and tackling Ash right before he plants an Aura Sphere in Paul's face.
  • Parenting skills aside, one has got to respect Red for sending away his pokemon to safety instead of fighting pointlessly and then enduring weeks of torture.
  • Jessie, James, and Meowth plant themselves firmly on the side of good, first by leaking information to the G-men and then breaking Ash, Dawn, and Red out of the heart of Tea Rocket's main base and (accidentally) killing Doctor Yung.
  • The very concept of how the crisis concludes; Ash is able to Mega Evolve Arceus.
