Year 1
Fighting The Kingpin
- The debut of Spider Man, as he web glides onto the roof of Midtown High to defeat the snipers.
- Then taking on the Enforcers one by one.
- Despite the danger he's in, Robbie Robertson refuses to give in to intimidation by his old bully Lonnie Lincoln.
- Spider-Man clawing his way onto Leland Owlsley escape helicopter, desperately trying to get a name in his fight against that mysterious kingpin.
- Give Kingpin credit: he dealt a substantial blow to Spidey's reputation when his frustration against him lead to him getting manhandled by Fisk and then framed for breaking and entering.
Supervillain struggles
- Spidey's first true supervillain struggle, as he and Dr. Octopus fight each other for the first time on the Brooklyn Bridge. Ock even says that in this fight, he's come to understand his true calling to become his nemesis.
Superhero Teamups
- Peter saved Tony's life thanks to his Spider Sense.
- Spider Man and Iron Man tag teaming against the 10 rings.
- Peter and Carol fighting the Kree for her freedom.
- Peter and Thor take on The Wrecking Crew.
- Despite being slightly lower on the superhuman scale, Steve Rodgers puts up a great fight against Spider-Man in their first encounter.
- Spidey and Captain America team up for the first time against Crossbones and Batroc.
The War on Kingpin
- Although she has no real hope of actually killing her husband, Vanessa was ready to do a citizen's arrest of Wilson Fisk in outrage of his true nature.
Forming the Avengers
- Peter manages to break the enchantments on the Avengers by getting Thor to "put the hammer down" on Cap's shield.
Year 2
The rise of Ghost Spider
- Peter and T'Challa taking on a room full of villain bidders when going after Klaw.
- Gwen fully establishing herself as a worthy spider hero by defeating Crime Master.
Supervillain Struggles
- The fight against the first Sinister Six.
- Swooping in to fight The Foreigner's Villain Team-Up group, Mary Jane saves everyone thanks to wearing The Iron Spider armor.
The wars at the end of the year.
- Mr. Negative manages to corrupt Spider Man by preying on his weariness, making him a negative version of himself.
- Gwen pulls peter out off his corruption by refusing to fight him with her face exposed much like he did earlier in the year.
- Even working together, Mr. Negative manages to overpower Spider Man and Ghost Spider.
Year 3
- Gwen and Jessica working in tandem to infiltrate a HYDRA base and rescue Dr. Drew.
- Miles giving Hydro-Man a venom blast to remember, slowing him down enough for Spider-Man to freeze him solid.
- Mary Jane and Ganke tag teaming to defeat Arcade and rescue the spiders. A fight they couldn't win on their own.
- Hawkeye was always a little brazen, standing up to the Tracksuit Mafia without fear when they tried to extort the circus.
- Hawkeye proving a high accurate hero who snipes the captor of Kate Bishop.
- Dr. Strange risking everything to rescue Peter from Dormammu.
The Ends of the Earth
- After nearly a year of planning, Dr. Octopus managed to convince a host of Spider Villains to all join together for a grander purpose. They aren't just The Sinister Six this time. No, now it's full on The Sinister Sixteen!
- The assault on AIM island was pretty intense by the villains, and each of them gets to contribute.
- Beetle and Vulture work on taking on the anti Air.
- Electro drains the base defense.
- Rhino smashes down the front door.
- Chameleon had already infiltrated the AIM council meeting, giving Ock the final advantage he needed to take over.
- Doc Ock using the classic "Divide and Conquer" to draw the spiders to Times Square while he sends Kraven and Chameleon to kidnap Aunt May and MJ.
- Peter giving a speech to the world that they won't give in to fear and terrorism. And he's going to take on the Sinister Sixteen no matter what.
- The Big Damn Heroes moment as the Avengers arrive on AIM island to stand alongside their true inspiration.
- The Avengers VS The Sinsister Sixteen.
- Mysterio vs Dr. Strange. Strange gives a simple summation of the difference between them. "You may be an illusionist, but I am the Sorcerer Supreme!
- Quicksilver vs Speed Demon. The Avenger is much faster by comparison.
- Vulture vs Falcon. 2 birds in battle, with Sam using Redwing to help tip things in his favor.
Year 4
- When Man Mountain Marko and The Enforcers gathered a Spider Gang together to take over Manhattan, the Web Warriors came prepared not only with their spider empowered friends, but the Spider Cops empowered as well. Leading to an all out spider brawl between Law and Villainy.
- Anya proves herself to have the spark to fight by landing a headbutt on Peter when he was trying to force her to give up.
- Blizzard in this universe is no joke compared to some other depictions. Defeating Iron Man and Ms. Marvel before arriving in New York.
