• All the virus entities infecting Wittgenstein being snuffed out as his main tube is replaced. This continues throughout the rest of the climax as a fully healed Wittgenstein basically becomes a technological One-Man Army who singlehandedly recharges Kirby, gets the police to start chasing Mack and the delivery truck, and informs Rob of the animals' plight. Not to mention him restoring Rob's thesis after it was declared to be irrecoverable.
