When confronting MetroMind at her core systems, MetroMind attempts to turn Horatio into a mindless drone like she did to Laurence and countless other robots. Crispin sacrifices himself by ramming into her core systems, killing both of them.
"I am Crispin Horatiobuilt. I have free-will and a mag-lev unit. And I... am a floating bomb."
In the "I told you to stop" ending, Horatio uses the Thanatos virus on Scraper, after saying one word to him: "Forfeit."
