• Grace's hilarious way of shutting down Max's advances.
  Grace: I am only one man's girl, Max. And His name is JESUS CHRIST!
• It's a small thing, but the fact that, despite the fact that Max is Back from the Dead and about to brutally murder him, Richie pushes back by crying, "I'm not a loser!" After two weeks of not having Max tormenting him and finally finding friendship and acceptance from his peers, Richie has finally realized Max's perception of him was wrong. Richie is not a loser, and he knows it. It didn't save him, but it's certainly not nothing.
• The sight of all five Lords in Black together, completely in control and in charge. After so much buildup from Black Friday and Nightmare Time, seeing them operating as a full unit is nothing short of glorious.
• Peter proves himself to be the polar opposite of his brother by willingly offering up his own life to stop Max and save the world. Even when Stephanie tries to say she won't kill him, Peter selflessly looks at the big picture and realizes that, if it takes a single life to stop Max's reign of terror, someone has to do it, and he's willing to let it be him to save Steph.
• Grace finding a way to fulfill the bargain with the Lords in Black without killing anyone. She gives into her lust and finally lets Max hit it... but in doing so, gives up what she cherishes most: her virginity. Amazingly enough, the Lords accept this as a sacrifice and come take Max off their plate, as promised.
  Grace: This was a gift to you. I paid the price. NOW, FUCK OFF!
• Max's last words just before he's Dragged Off to Hell.
  Max: Whatever! It was fuckin' Worth It! GO NIGHTHAWKS!
