A very clear message to any other Kaiju: do NOT mess with the King of the Monsters, or you'll regret it dearly. The best part of all? Godzilla manages to make mincemeat of the Ion Dragon in less than two minutes of screentime. It's the shortest, most brutal Curb-Stomp Battle in the Monster Verse thus far. You can practically hear Goji telling the thing "get that weak shit outta my house!" when he throws it back into the portal.
