- "Mickey's Cabin" deserves a mention for Mickey outsmarting both Pete and his cousin Zeke and tricking both of them into turning themselves in to jail. The way he goes from being held captive to making fools out of the two would make Bugs Bunny proud.
- Minnie telling off Mortimer and punching him in "Mickey and the Goat Man".
- "Mickey's Remedy" has Mickey tricking Donald's nephews into thinking that they have "Bolvanian Brain Fever" to teach them a lesson after they've taken advantage of his hospitality by Playing Sick. He goes as far as convincing them that they have died, and will go to "the bad place" unless they redeem themselves.
- Mickey attempts to beat the crap out of Pete, but Pete was eventually arrested in "Mickey's Mix Up". The fact that Pete claims that Mickey is the one who stole Minnie's purse to Chief O'Hara doesn't help matters.O'Hara: Unlikely story... Mickey Mouse stealing his own girlfriend's purse!
- After initially losing Minnie to Mortimer in "Mickey's Rival Returns", Mickey finally gets his moment of triumph by sending Mortimer flying after he attempts to kiss her during their date.
