• Truth and his firm belief on Karma. First, he uses Tenpenny's own egoistic nature to make the cop owe him a ton of money, meaning that Truth managed to briefly have Tenpenny under his thumb for a change. Afterwards, CJ, who paid off Tenpenny's debt and repeatedly helped out Truth, now expects the old guy to leave with his money, leaving nothing but "some hippy bullshit about doing good to others". Truth calmly explains that the universe (CJ) gave him that money, so he can do whatever he wants with it... and then he calmly dumps his money on CJ's floor and leaves.
• Carl goes to deliver some illegal explosives, but he's unexpectedly called by Toreno, who asks him what the hell he's doing. Carl calmly points out that Toreno is on the airstrip that Carl legally bought (under Toreno's orders), waiting to get the explosives that Carl delivered; so he has no right to ask questions. Toreno laughs and doesn't press further.
• Tenpenny decides to have Sweet beaten up while in jail. Toreno, who in the LP is a god-tier Chessmaster, calls him and tells him to knock it off, demonstrating he has power and connections Tenpenny can only dream of.
• The story of how Sweet put the Families on top of Los Santos and screwed over Tenpenny in the process.
• How CJ gets Tenpenny arrested, not only giving Tenpenny fake FBI evidence while sending the real dossier back to the FBI, but also framing the good officer for several Vigilante missions to get him arrested.
• How does CJ keep his and GSF's territories under control during the endgame riots? Have Woozie airlift a freaking TANK into Los Santos so he can create safe zones. Even Toreno is impressed by audacity of this.
