• What Do You Celebrate on the Fourth of July? Well, they celebrate freedom and liberty by riding giant firework rockets.
• Viana can and will kick someone's ass if they cross her. Should they be deserving of it, such as the sexist creeps that harass her, it becomes a Moment of Awesome.
• A Jerkass otter accompanies Viana, Thomas, and Velvet en route to the comic convention (this being a bad idea given his past conflict with her). In turn, the convention becomes disastrous when her favorite artist starts pleading Velvet to come back to him, two guys become angry about their girlfriends fawning over Thomas, and the jerkass comes in to criticize her yet again. Viana finally loses it, and then settles everything and everyone, including the jerkass.
  • Viana outright referring to Thomas as hers is a bit awesome in its own right, given their constant Cannot Spit It Out situation.
• After putting up with her irritating habits and jerkass behavior for so long, Thomas finally dumps Rasha. It's a satisfying scene after watching her subject him to a lot of crap.
