* BestKnownForTheFanservice: 44 minute into the movie, a stripper known as Mrs. Janette [[YouCanLeaveYourHatOn performs a striptease]] in a bar, complete with a SexySilhouette as she undresses. Unlike most of the move, this scene isn't SoBadItsGood.

** During the sex scene between Spider-Man and Nadia, there are shots of bizarre puppets with menacing laughter played over it. There is absolutely no explanation for why, and the puppets are never seen again.
** At the 55 minute mark, and in the final battle, Captain America and El Santo fight multiple copies of Spider-Man. [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments Captain America is visibly confused by this]], but he never comments on this.

** El Santo showering in tidy whiteys underwear. Enough said.
** After Spider-Man escapes the graveyard by jumping off a wall, he lands near a drunken local, startling him. When he dismisses it as a halusination caused by drinking, Captain America also lands next to him, causing the local to get up and run like hell.
** El Santo shoving objects in his pants.
** El Santo, after being caught stealing from one of Spider-Man's henchman, fighting off a bunch of karate men.
** The way Spider-Man's unlucky henchman gets killed off. His face is eaten not by a dog or a shark, but by mice that look like guinea pigs.

** Captain America's reaction to when he gets attacked by a second Spider-Man.
** After being defeated multiple times, Spider-Man shouts "Goodnight, Americanos!" as he finally escapes.

** The ending. As Captain America and El Santo bid farewell, Cap sees Spider-Man in a nearby car. Captain America runs to the car and forcefully removes the mask... only to find out that it was a kid with a mask identical to Spider-Man, much to his allies amusement. After a while, Cap finds it ActuallyPrettyFunny and throws the mask away.

** The multiple copies of Spider-Man [[ComicBook/TheCloneSaga eventually became cannon, with a proper explanation]]. They don't fight Captain America and El Santo, however.
* MakesAsMuchSenseInContext: Throughout the film, Spider-Man makes a tee-pee so that he can ambush and stab a member of the mafia, sends hungry mice to eat one of his henchman, and is killed off multiple times near the end of the film.
