** “Saturday Night” by Bay City Rollers, played during the scene when Luther, Allison, Diego, and Klaus run down the bowling lanes to escape the Commission hitmen is insanely well shot.

* SpecialEffectsFailure: Luther's rubber muscles visibly crinkle around his neck in a few shots. When people paw at his muscles, they're obviously softer than actual muscle would be. Also, when Allison clutches at his sleeve outside of Vanya's cell, her hands sink into the sleeve, revealing that it's primarily empty, and it makes the line of the shoulderpad visible.

As mentioned, it needs to go through the Complete Monster Clean-up Thread but I doubt he'd pass the bar .

%%* CompleteMonster: InUniverse, even. Reginald Hargreeves is viewed as this by most of the siblings, Diego especially. The fact that he put them through the training from hell to make them superheroes, emotionally neglected them, brainwashed Vanya into forgetting her powers, along with locking her in a tiny room and Klaus in a ''crypt'' as children, puts him firmly in this category.

Deleting Base Breaker according to cleanup. Complete Monster needs to be approved by the clean-up thread.

%%Do not add Broken Base or Base Breaker until at least 6 months after the debates started.

* BaseBreakingCharacter: Most of the siblings get this in some form or another, but Luther gets it the worst. While plenty view him as TheScrappy, there are others who don't and argue that his upbringing was just as abusive as the rest of the Academy's and justifies much of his behavior.

** During the final confrontation, Allison manages to get the drop on [[spoiler: Vanya]], just as said character has the other Hargreeves siblings pinned and is slowly killing them. She looks utterly torn and heartbroken as she tries to decide whether to shoot or not. Luckily crosses over with CrowningMomentOfAwesome as she comes up with a TakeAThirdOption solution that manages to save ''all'' of them.

** Almost everything relating to Klaus after he comes back from the trip to the past, but especially his desire to get sober so he can use his powers because he's that desperate to see Dave again. Made worse by the fact that, in "The Day That Wasn't", he managed to succeed at seeing Dave again but as the day is rewound and erased, he doesn't manage it a second time.

* RonTheDeathEater: Luther received this a lot due to [[spoiler:locking Vanya away in an attempt to stop her from causing the apocalypse]]. This is despite the fact that he clearly isn't enjoying having to do this and did that in a desperate attempt to save everyone else and he still loves Vanya regardless.
* TheScrappy: Luther has been received somewhat poorly by many fans and quickly gathered a hatedom due to many not caring for his NotBloodSiblings romance with Allison, having an uninteresting CharacterArc and coming off as unsympathetic in many of the moments that the family are fighting. [[spoiler:Most notably, the fact that he causes Vanya to snap and cause the apocalypse when he locked her away is brought up by many fans as the reason why they dislike him]].
