Other than Nostalgia Critic, which this entry is obviously copying, I don't see how and why this could be the case. Moments have to invoke a strong reaction.

A girl doll appears, reveals itself to be a Scot who's been cursed to look that way, though the curse in question is really just having a wit and makeup put on him. He then asks for the chance to remove his curse, removed his wig, kills an enemy, is made general, and never appears again.

** The whole romance between Elizabeth and Don Juan, given that it’s founded on pretty much nothing other than Don Juan [[PervertedSniffing sniffing]] the former’s glove. They don’t exchange a single line before deciding that they are meant for each other. It’s like the filmmakers were trying to one-up the LoveAtFirstSight trope from vintage Disney films.
** Then there’s Don Juan’s apparent shyness about approaching Elizabeth personally, despite the fact that he’s a ''prince'', making it look like he has very lousy confidence.

** When the Carpathia shows up to rescue everyone, the film tries to have a serious moment where Connors sheds a tear and reminds Ronnie of the "heroes" who gave their lives to make sure everyone else survived. But it rings hollow given that the only ones who died in the movie were Camembert the mouse and Tentacles the octopus. Everyone else, ''including the captain'', survived. [[spoiler: And then it turns out that Camembert and Tentacles survived too.]]
** Additionally it's hard to take Camembert's death seriously given it happens due to having electric wires tied to his mustache.

** Maltravers’s manservant Geoffreys is a total MinionWithAnFInEvil, who even feels immense guilt just for ''spying'' on Elizabeth and Don Juan, and it’s shown that he’s mainly serving Maltravers out of fear of retribution, as the [[BadBoss latter]] makes it abundantly clear that he’ll [[YouHaveFailedMe feed Geoffreys to the sharks should he fail him]], and yet Geoffreys is never given a chance to perform an HeelFaceTurn and suffers the same fate as his boss and Rachel at the end. Though he finally does get redemption at the end of ''Fantasy Island''.
** Taken to the extreme with Rachel and her sister’s two cats. Unlike all the other animals, they are entirely [[FurryConfusion non-anthropomorphic]], and they spend all of their screentime either in the women’s arms or being carried around in pet carriers, [[AnimalJingoism never once do they cross paths with or menace the mice or cause trouble for Smiley and the other dogs]]. And yet they somehow still deserve to get lost (and presumably die) in the polar waters with the human villains, just because of CatsAreMean?
*** Connors does have a throwaway line where he tells Ronnie that they are “snotty rich cats who kill for fun”. The thing is, [[ShowDontTell we never see them kill anything]], let alone for fun, and neither does Connors. So it just comes off like he’s [[FantasticRacism profiling them]].
** The elderly officer who tells Don Juan that he needs to keep his dog on a leash. Mind you, the man was just doing his job and spoke to Juan in a polite manner, and yet the latter just snubs him and lets his entourage gang up on the poor man and basically cow him into submission with threats of violence. And then, Smiley comes back to ''piss'' on the man’s leg, just for shits and giggles, and we’re somehow supposed to find this cathartic? ProtagonistCenteredMorality much?

* TooDumbToLive: Tentacles is this trope incarnate. Firstly, he is easily duped by [[ObviouslyEvil Ice and his gang]] into throwing an iceberg in the path of the ''Titanic'', despite his friends’ warnings and Ice’s bad rap. Secondly, after being told the truth, he runs off to sulk in his cave instead of simply swimming up and ''moving the iceberg out of the way''. [[RuleOfThree And finally]], after saving every last passenger (including the captain) he still clings on to the ''Titanic'' as it goes under and gets crushed to death! [[UnexplainedRecovery Though he still somehow survives that]]?

* BrokenBase: Which animated ''Titanic''-movie is worse? This one or [[WesternAnimation/TitanicTheLegendGoesOn the other?]] The arguments made in "favor" of this movie is that it has the far more disrespectful retelling of the story, is way more off-the-walls, and has next to no WillingSuspensionOfDisbelief.

* CriticalResearchFailure: Even more so than [[WesternAnimation/TitanicTheLegendGoesOn that other Titanic cartoon]]. While ''The Legend Goes On'' had talking Mexican mice and a rapping dog, this one has [[WhatDoYouMeanItWasntMadeOnDrugs talking mice, gangster sharks, magic flying dolphins, and a giant talking octopus with a face like a dog!]] [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking And nobody dies aboard the Titanic.]]
** When the ship hits the iceberg, everyone on board can feel it and the scene quickly dissolves into panic. And even without the involvement of the whales, an officer can be heard shouting that there's room for everyone on board the lifeboats. None of this is true to what actually happened. There weren't enough lifeboats for everyone, and even then, many were not lowered at full capacity due to passengers not believing that the situation was as serious as it was until it was too late.
** Then there’s the fact that the sharks have to hold the rudder in order to prevent the ship from simply turning away from the iceberg, never mind the fact that by the time the iceberg was spotted, the ship would have had too much momentum to simply turn on a dime. Turning an ocean liner around isn’t the same as turning a car around.

Critical Research Failure is now a disambiguation page.

* CriticalResearchFailure: "Historically inaccurate" doesn't even ''begin'' to describe these two catastrophes. If the cartoonish premise and talking mice didn't already drive it home for you, the film claiming from the very beginning that ''nobody died aboard the Titanic'' will certainly do it.

*** Top Connors and Ronnie are romantically interested in [[HoYay each other]], [[DeliberateValuesDissonance but due to the norms of the time]], are confused about it and/or don’t fully realize it, and Connors is projecting his feelings for Ronnie onto the latter’s sister Stella.
*** Despite showing [[LoveAtFirstSight immediate]] [[PervertedSniffing interest]] in her and being a ''prince'', Don Juan never personally approaches Elizabeth (we are never given any indication that he knows about the latter’s engagement to Maltravers) leading to Smiley having to do the job for him. So does Don Juan just have very poor self-confidence?
*** On that same note, given how quickly Elizabeth’s father changes his tune about his daughter’s happiness suddenly mattering more to him than upholding her social status, his change of heart makes a lot more sense when you take into account that Don Juan is a prince. Marrying his daughter to European royalty trumps anything [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Maltravers]] has to offer.
