Even supposing she had a credit card and thus would theoretically been able to buy it online, said supposed credit card would still have been registered to an underage person, and online shops restrict products in this category (adult/sex products) to only proven adults to buy. And her father is extremely unlikely to have bought it for her as well, as he certainly seems oblivious to the fact that she would have any sex toy.
