However, they don't even TRY to disguise the very different looking Retrievers who play Marley, resulting in a jarringly different appearance between the adult and senior dogs.
* ValuesDissonance: Some of the Grogans more abusive behavior tends to make the audience perceive them as less sympathetic in modern eyes as oppose to the 90s period that the book set in.
