* CompleteMonster: Dr. Rudolph Clown is the CEO of Amethyst and a researcher who, during the War for Agartha Water, has kidnapped countless children, who he would subject to inhumane experiments with steam prosthetics. Clown used drugs on AJ Langdon, his most prominent victim, to keep her brainwashed, while forcing her to become a Metal Boxer and fight her opponents to the death, with Hugo Stratus being one such victim. When Levius Cromwell demands that Clown free AJ from his control if he beats her, Clown responds that Levius must become his slave should Levius lose, later pumping steroids into AJ's body to ensure she beats Levius, eventually driving her into a berserk rage. When Levius beats AJ, Clown ILied refuses to honor his deal and attempts to blow up the stadium to kill Levius, AJ, and everyone else there.

* SugarWiki/AwesomeArt: The art of the manga is full of detail and wonderfuly drawn, it's on par with the best of the industry, and amazingly enough, it ran in an underground magazine, Ikki, until it was put in the Ultra Jump, and the rest is history.

* OlderThanTheyThink: Despite Anime/MegaloBox being a Remake of Manga/AshitaNoJoe, the whole cyberpunk boxing setting came first in Levius.
** That being said, in the Levius manga, the sport is Mechanical Martial Arts. The anime, made after Megalobox, changes it to mechanical boxing, so the comparison does hold some weight. One could argue that the Levius anime was changed to be more like a boxing anime in order to capitalize off of Megalobox.
