What Lin does not tell them is she is the widow of Hoang, the boss Hai murdered to seize control. Enraged by her husband and son's deaths, Jacqueline manipulates her proteges to eliminate the Big Four while taking advantage of Hong's lover Long to sway him to her side and trap Hai. Jacqueline reveals she intends on ruling the mob herself, killing Thanh when she refuses an order to kill Bi, before engaging Bi in a fight as well.
