* TheScrappy: Jana is a complete {{Jerkass}} who uses her looks and dirty tricks (most notably, WoundedGazelleGambit and cheating during the race) to get her way. She insults and berates Phil in front of his friends, then wonders why they don't seem to like her. She demands that Phil dance with her (and this is immediately after the aforementioned insults and demeaning) even though he is still rightly angry with her, and then she criticizes him when he does so. Given all this, the fact that she is clearly signposted as the love interest is appalling. To her credit, she does eventually apologize to Phil, but by then viewers' opinions are likely set in stone.
