Despite this being a YMMV page, I disagree with this one. Anyone who's (even) a (casual) fan of Sesame Street will know the song (especially since it was their song to begin with). Furthermore, it's still played every now and then on the show. If anything, (the) Carpenters' version is just as well known as the original.
