* AssPull: Mia's assault on the Akhand's home is an epic ass pull that stretches SuspensionOfDisbelief to the breaking point. To wit:
### Mia enters the house through [[SwissCheeseSecurity an unlocked door,]] even though it's dark out and Anan is the only adult at home.
### When Anan gets off the sofa and goes upstairs, [[FailedASpotCheck he fails to see Mia]] standing in the doorway nearby.
### Mia follows him upstairs [[StealthExpert without making a sound,]] while Anan conveniently leaves the bathroom door ''unlocked and ajar.''
### Mia enters the bathroom to find Anan soaking in the bathtub with his back to her.
### Mia gets ''within arm's reach'' of Anan and he '''still''' doesn't notice her presence.
### When Mia's phone goes off, Anan ''finally'' turns to see her, but [[TooDumbToLive he doesn't react]] and she kills him without a sound.

* {{Narm}}: The twist that Mia, after committing multiple murders to cover her tracks, was thwarted by ''a guinea pig,'' has been a tough pill to swallow for some fans. The additional revelation that the baby she killed was blind anyway can also be seen as a bit excessive.

He killed someone while driving drunk, forced her to help him hide the body, and then, years later, wanted to salve his conscience by confessing, which could potentially destroy her life. Then she covers up that crime by murdering an innocent woman. Then covers that up by murdering the woman's husband. Then tries to cover ''that'' up by ''murdering a baby''. Having crossed the horizon, there seems to be [[IveComeToFar no more limits on what she's willing to do.]]

* MoralEventHorizon: Mia's first murder of the episode COULD be seen as ''somewhat'' sympathetic if you were really generous. Rob made her hide the body of the cyclist ''he'' ran over all those years ago. Him deciding to confess to it (even if it was an anonymous letter) is a bit hypocritical and could have ruined her life. However, Mia's remaining murders of Shazia, Shazia's husband, and Shazia's ''infant son'' are completely indefensible.
