* JerkassWoobie: Sure, Baron Corbin the character is a {{Jerkass}} {{heel}}, and some may think that Tom Pestock the performer may have his shortcomings, but even counting those thing, there were those who felt that the whole "Baron Corbin is the responsible for every bad thing happening in Raw because he's the Acting General Manager" made him just another victim of the WWE's creative team's horrendous booking decisions and instead blamed ''Raw''[='=]s shortcomings on them generally, and on Wrestling/VinceMcMahon particularly. Especially when, the following ''Raw'', [[Wrestling/VinceMcMahon the four]] [[Wrestling/ShaneMcMahon members]] [[Wrestling/TripleH of the]] [[Wrestling/StephanieMcMahon McMahon family]] appeared to announce a series of changes involving both ''Raw'' and ''[=SmackDown=]''. Let's just say that, in comparison to him, Wrestling/{{Paige}} got a heartfelt farewell in front of the roster, who cheered her.

* TheScrappy: Became absolutely ''despised'' during his run as Raw General Manager in the fall of 2018. Though fans would have to argue that the creative team had placed his character in an incredibly difficult position by the end of the year, many people had noted how his in-ring/promo work during this time had become much more lazy and average in comparison to his run on ''[=SmackDown=]''. It went to the point that all bad things happening at ''Raw'' began to be blamed squarely on him ''in-universe and on-screen''.

* BadassDecay: Ever since moving to Raw and becoming Constable, Cobrin went from a somewhat WrestlingMonster on both NXT and [=SmackDown=] to unable to win a match without someone interfering on his half or changing the match stipulation the last minute.

** It's hard not to wonder what trajectory Corbin's career would have taken if not for Corbin getting into a shouting match with a WWE doctor, which was apparently the reason for his notable career downturn.
