* MagnificentBastard:
** "The Hunt": The ''Allosaurus'' seeks vengeance on a pack of ceratosaurs that killed his mother, displaying his first signs of tactical knowledge as an adolescent by luring the pack into a trap, then attempting to kill them by triggering a rockslide. As an adult, the ''Allosaurus'' comes across the pack again and proceeds to hunt them and kill them one by one, taking one out in a surprise attack by using the carcasses left behind by a tidal wave as cover, and countering their ability to change the colour of their skins by luring them into shallow water. Upon learning that the last remaining ceratosaur is a mother, the ''Allosaurus'' abandons his hunt, not wanting the ceratosaur’s babies to grow up motherless like him.

** "Tribal Warfare": The ''Deinonychus'' leader Quetzal and her mate Dark Eye are the most cunning members of their pack. Introduced setting up an ambush to kill a herbivorous dinosaur many times her size, Quetzal is driven away from her kill by the T-Rex Blue Back. Desiring revenge for this and for Blue Back's killings of her fellow pack members, whom she and Dark Eye view as family, Quetzal successfully steals T-Rex eggs, both in retribution and to eat. When the T-Rex leader Long Jaw orders an attack that causes the death of one of Quetzal's loyalest hunters, Dark Eye lures Long Ja's son into a trap, where the pack ambush and kill him. Despite her care for her fellow pack members, Quetzal doesn't hesitate to kill any who challenge her position as pack leader, as she does to the ''Deinonychus'' One Claw when the latter tries to usurp her. When the pack is ambushed by the T-Rexes, Quetzal and Dark Eye both go down fighting, with Dark Eye attempting to avenge Quetzal when she's killed in his last moments.

Not YMMV

* NightmareFuel: The series can get pretty darn bloody.
* ScienceMarchesOn: Delgado's raptors (and other dinosaurs) generally lack feathers, though some of the Deinonychus have some.
