* EvilIsSexy: As a heel, Stacy would use her sex appeal as a distraction tactic against babyface male wrestlers, this was particularly noticeable when she was aligned with the Dudley Boyz.

* SpiritualSuccessor: Wrestling/BrookeAdams popped up in Wrestling/{{TNA}} doing a SexySecretary gimmick known as Miss Tessmacher - an obvious {{Expy}} to Stacy's Miss Hancock gimmick.

* ChewToy: She was probably the most frequent target of KinkySpanking and ComedicUnderwearExposure on the entire roster, and it was PlayedForLaughs as much as it was for {{Fanservice}}. Notably, she also received a Stone Cold Stunner from Austin for refusing a beer, which was played comedically, but the RKO she received from Randy Orton and the Pumphandle Slam she took from Test were PlayedForDrama to show how ruthless they'd become.

* SmallRoleBigImpact: If you enjoyed ''[[Wrestling/WWERaw Monday Night Raw]]'' between 2002 and 2005, you have to thank her for a small part of that. In 2002, she came to ''[[Wrestling/WWESmackdown Thursday Night SmackDown]]'' as General Manager Wrestling/StephanieMcMahon's executive assistant. But what no one knew at the time was that Keibler had actually been signed to ''Raw'', and was only on ''[=SmackDown=]'' as ''Raw'' General Manager Wrestling/EricBischoff's corporate spy. While in Stephanie's office, Stacy forged a number of documents that made it appear as if certain ''[=SmackDown=]'' Superstars had, like her, actually contracted with ''Raw''; fatefully, two of these Superstars were Wrestling/{{Batista}} and Wrestling/RandyOrton. This didn't result in anything huge at first, as Batista became a "Deacon" and one of Keibler's allies in Wrestling/TheDudleyBoys faction, while Orton was injured soon after his debut and had his career sidelined for the rest of the year. But in early 2003, Wrestling/TripleH and Wrestling/RicFlair introduced both of these men as the junior members of their new Wrestling/{{Evolution}} stable. Batista and Orton proved quite useful to HHH, to say the least: they helped him retain his World Heavyweight Championship for far longer than he deserved, and against the likes of Wrestling/ScottSteiner, Wrestling/BookerT and Wrestling/{{Goldberg}}. They also played a crucial role in causing Wrestling/{{Kane}} to lose the match whose stipulation was that he would have to unmask, costing Kane what last shreds of his sanity remained so that he turned against his brother and former ally Wrestling/TheUndertaker and buried him alive -- causing 'Taker to be resurrected as his "Deadman" persona once again in 2004 after having been a biker character for the past four years. And of course, Evolution would set the stage for the titanic power struggle between HHH and Orton, which started in 2004 and continued off and on for nearly five whole years after that! (The two wouldn't bury the hatchet permanently until 2013, when they joined forces as members of The Authority.)

* BeautyEqualsGoodness: Because of Stacy's beauty and charisma, she turned babyface in 2002 and never was a heel again. She would get raucous cheers whenever her music hit. Bubba Dudley complained in an interview many years later that Stacy's presence with the Dudleyz made it harder for them to be seen as heels since she motivated many of the fans to schedule ADateWithRosiePalms. He eventually had to tell her to stop face-like actions at ringside.

* TheBusCameBack: Stacy made a surprise guest appearance on the 2011 season of ''Wrestling/WWEToughEnough'' when the contestants were doing a cheerleading challenge. She also inducted Torrie Wilson into the 2019 Hall of Fame.

* SlapstickKnowsNoGender: She was probably the most frequent target of KinkySpanking and ComedicUnderwearExposure on the entire roster, and it was PlayedForLaughs as much as it was for {{Fanservice}}.
