* CloningBlues: [[spoiler:Hannah’s origin story. Cloned to create the Pure Evil One, each subsequent copy is more and more evil, leaving the earlier specimens with enough good to feel conflicted over their compulsion to destroy the world.]]

** [[spoiler:The Big Bad Baby, who is literally MadeOfEvil, helps the gang out in the final battle agains the true Pure Evil One.]]

* KnightOfCerebus: The new Pure Evil One proves to be a much bigger threat than anything the gang have faced throughout the series. Including Pure Evil!Todd himself. With that said, [[spoiler:she]] isn't without [[spoiler:her]] humorous moments.
* LaughablyEvil: All the antagonists.

* ToiletHumor: Given that it's a continuation of a TV series already rife with it, this is a given.

Picking up where season 2 left off, the gang has split with the Book of Pure Evil banished and Hannah dead. However, Elliot, the would-be evangelist for Atticus’ Satanic Society, has found it in the city of Timbuktu ([[TooDumbToLive which Todd thought was imaginary]]). As soon as he returns to Crowley Heights, he promptly uses the Book to bring Atticus back. Mayhem ensues as the Book searches for new victims and a new Pure Evil One starts to make itself known.

* {{Retcon}}: Hannah B. Williams' character history undergoes an odd bit of revisionism. It's revealed that [[spoiler: she cheated on tests and enjoyed torturing small animals when nobody else was watching. However, during the series, she was clearly shown to be the smartest member of Todd's gang and hardly seemed like the kind of student who needed to cheat. And while it may be somewhat conceivable that she cheated in non-science-related classes, her torture of animals comes off as even more strange, considering she she was explicitly shown to be alone with a small animal in the first season, which showed no obvious signs of being tortured. And while Hannah did get the rodent killed in a botched science experiment, it was portrayed as being purely accidental on Hannah's part, rather than any sign of sadism towards animals.]]

* BeingEvilSucks: Aside from Todd, there’s also [[spoiler:Hannah D. Williams, who is disturbed when she realizes that she was created to destroy the world, and tries to resist the urge, but dies before anything can come of it.]] Also, Atticus, who has renounced Satanism after realizing just how horrible the Book of Pure Evil is.

* TookALevelInDumbass: A variant. Hannah D is clearly not as smart as her predecessor, and is only able to point out the obvious cause of death for a pair of Book victims.

* BeingEvilSucks: Aside from Todd, there’s also [[spoiler:Hannah D. Williams, who is disturbed when she realizes that she was created to destroy the world, and tries to resist the urge, but dies before anything can come of it.]]

** [[spoiler:After leaving the school, Jimmy finds that there’s not much out there for him, since the world has changed so much during his time of imprisonment. However, he returns, and replaces Atticus as the school guidance counselor. By the end, he is reunited with Nikki, who can operate of her own volition and is now holding the Metal Dudes prisoner.]]

* KnightOfCerebus: The new Pure Evil One proves to be a much bigger threat than anything the gang have faced throughout the series. With that said, [[spoiler:she]] isn't without [[spoiler:her]] humorous moments.

* NoEnding: [[spoiler:The Book is still loose, which means the gang will always be there to chase it down until they finally catch it.]]

** A picture of Creator/AleisterCrowley is on a pizza box.

** [[spoiler:One of the Hannah clones, who was created from pure human DNA and none from the Book ([[RunningGag and has a vagina]]!) is taken in by the gang and Curtis continues dating her.]]

* OmnicidalManiac: [[spoiler:Hannah,]] the true Pure Evil One.

* PoorCommunicationKills: A group of students start chanting, "Pizza face! Pizza face! Pizza face!" as an acne-ridden student passes by. Needless to say, he uses the book. The kicker? They weren't calling ''him'' pizza face; that was the name of the pizzeria where they ordered an actual pizza from!

** Jenny yells at [[spoiler:Hannah E]] to [[Film/{{Aliens}} “get away from [Todd], you bitch!”]]
