Prospectors in the Klondike are all terrified of "Chillicothe" Sam, a claim-jumper who robs other people of their gold. Unfortunately for him, his ill-gotten gains have been small as of late. When he overhears that Bugs naturally gets a "funny feeling" whenever he's near any gold, allowing him to dig up huge lodes of the stuff, he tries to exploit the rabbit for his own gain.
