* BittersweetEnding: His final public upload was the end of his campaign to suppored Gendered Intelligence, a transgender rights group, by clearing The Omega Protocol (Ultimate) in ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyXIV''. [=JoCat=] and friends cleared the fight which was (at the time) the hardest content that ''XIV'' had to offer, taking 1,573 tries and over a year of attempts, starting in December 2022 and finally clearing it in January 2024. He ended the video by [[ThankingTheViewer thanking the people who watched his content for being a positive impact in his life]], but insisted he "need[ed] this step away" for a while. The last shot was during a presentation that [=JoCat=] gave at the LA Tech School of Design in March 2018, where someone suggested that he should make [=YouTube=] videos.

On December 18, 2023, [=JoCat=] declared he was going on an indefinite hiatus due to sustained harassment.

** In "A Crap Guide to D&D: Sorceror," [=JoCrap=] spins "The Wheel of Wild Magic" to demonstrate the random effects of the class's "Wild Magic Surge" ability, before leaving it because it wasn't stopping fast enough. It finally stops at the end of the video, turning [=JoCrap=] into a potted plant in the process.

** In the "Magical DPS" video, [=JoCrap=] sings the various abilities of the Blue Mage to the tune of "[[WesternAnimation/{{Animaniacs}} Yakko's World]]"

* UnfortunateImplications: [=JoCrap=] remarks how unintentionally traumatic it is for [[SummonMagic Summoners]] to create avatars of the Primals for their attacks, the same monsters that have killed thousands of people over the years and one of which nearly destroyed the entire world.

* OffModel: Done intentionally for the sake of a visual gag in the ''D&D'' guide to character sheets. [=JoCrap=] tells the viewer to "[[PainfulRhyme sit the shit back dit, ya git]]" so he can explain how spellcasting and spell slots work. As [=JoCrap=] says this, his neck keeps extending to the point that it's twice as long as his entire body.
